How do I get a fast boat from Bali to Lombok?

For South Bali Departures, Serangan or Sanur is recommended, (Gili Getaway, Blue Water Express, Eka Jaya and Scoot Cruise) especially if you also want to stop over on Nusa Lembongan as the route takes you past there. Gili Getaway fast boat departs daily from Serangan Harbour, which is situated 30 minutes from Kuta. Gili Getaway provides free A/C hotel transfers in Bali for the follwoing areas: Kerobokan, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Denpasar, Sanur, and Denpasar Airport. Also Canggu (but only at a pick-up point: Happy Chappy Canggu). Fast boat check-in time is half an hour before departure time.

Before arriving in Lombok (Bangsal Harbour) the boat stops at Gili Trawangan and Gili Air. For passengers wishing to go to Gili Meno they can disembark in Gili Trawangan and then transfer to Meno on a smaller locally operated boat. This will take approx 10 minutes and is easily arranged on arrival in Gili T at the harbour.

On Penida the meeting point is at Buyuk Harbor, on Gili Trawangan you will arrive and depart from Gili Trawangan Jetty in front of Le Petit Restaurant, on Gili Air at Gili Air Jetty, on Lombok from Bangsal Harbour, North Lombok and on Gili Gede it's at the jetty in front of Kokomo Resort.

The full ticket price will be charged for any cancellation less than 24 hours prior to boat departure. From 2 to 7 days, you will receive a 50% refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges). Outside 7 Days, you will receive a full refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges).

In cases of unexpected illness etc., exceptions can be considered if doctor's notes/other proof can be provided. Contact Gili Getaway using their details found on your e-tickets. If you wish to change your travel dates with Gili Getaway, you can do so for free (subject to availability), up to 48hrs prior to departure. If you need to change your route or boat carrier entirely, please contact us direct for assistance, bearing in mind the above mentioned refund policy.

Baggage allowance: Passengers are allowed 25kg per person. Extra baggage (subject to availability) is IDR10,000 per kilo (under €1 per kg), payable on the day.
