Your booking did not go through.
Occasionally, the ferry company's reservation system cannot be reached or rejects a booking for reasons beyond our control. These can include:
- One or more of the trips were no longer available when completing the booking.
- There were duplicate passenger names in the reservation.
- Other unknown technical issues.
Regardless of the reason, we are currently unable to process the reservation.
We suggest you try booking again in a few minutes to rule out a connection issue. However, if you cannot complete your booking successfully, please contact us for further assistance.
